Excelsior Hotel Gallia, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was right beside the central train station. This made it convenient for us to travel around Italy using the trains. The hotel also offers gratis services to the city center and even the chance to ride a free Maserati car. The breakfast was amazing, especially for us as Muslim guests, as we were able to enjoy a proper breakfast with a variety of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-informed, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Some of them even spoke Bahasa Malaysia, a pleasant surprise.

There was a slight hiccup upon check-in regarding pre-arranged billing that took some time to resolve.

The rooms were beautifully designed with thoughtful features like an automatic night light and bathroom lights that turn on when you get out of bed. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with made-to-order eggs and everything you could want to start your day. The location was also very convenient, being close to the central train station.

During my recent stay at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel, right across from the train station, was convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were modern, luxurious, and provided a quiet and comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was stumbling upon the wine cellar and receiving a personal tour from a friendly staff member. The proximity to the train station and the good wine cellar were definite highlights.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with top-notch service and exclusive amenities. the Spa & Wellness centre was exceptional, offering treatments such as full body massages and facial treatments. We loved the indoor swimming pool with a steam room and sauna. the sun terrace offered stunning views and the restaurant served special diet menus. We also had in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area with private facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of manicure services. this did not affect our overall stay and the hotel staff were still able to fulfill our other spa needs.

The staff at the restaurant during breakfast were friendly and made my mornings joyful. The hotel's interior is on another level, and the complimentary transfer to Duomo in Maserati cars was a luxurious touch. one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

I enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, the sauna, the swimming pool, and the Jacuzzi. the body scrub, full body massage, and other beauty treatments were invigorating. the rooms had exclusive amenities and advantages that made me feel pampered, and the location advantages were also superb. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had special diet menus.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the service at the reception desk. the welcoming could have been better, with more information about the hotel's amenities and services.
